100th Shrine Mont Celebration

The congregation was treated to a presentation by Kirk Gibson during the service which included the history of the outside cathedral.  We also got to hear the Emmanuel guitar circle play, comprised of Stewart Bartley, Beth Boland, Jennifer Jones and Joe Scott, Shrine Mont inspired songs. After the service, a typical and delicious Shrine Mont lunch was served.   A huge thank you goes out to The Cruz family who provided pulled pork, baked beans and lima beans.  The Scott family provided coleslaw and biscuits and Nancy Dupree, Pat Hadley and Nancy Kuhn for the mac and cheese and Pecan Pies.  When you see them around the church, please thank them for all the effort they put into making this a wonderful celebration.
